The single-mould press cement roof tile machine MMRF-1000 is specifically designed for the larger-size concrete roof tiles sized 1230X640 mm. The surface patterns of the cement roof tiles can have many different design like: Japanese type, Double-Roman, Spanish type, flat-type, etc. If the roof tile size is certain, just need to change molds to produce over 50 kinds different patterns roof tiles.
The doser is automatic control type, as the roof tile size is big, we adopts big size doser for this pressing machine, and the tile thickness can be adjusted by the doser.
